Eliminating the hurdles created by the hetero-patriarchal world Sappho for Equality is celebrating 25 years of traversing through a journey with collective camaraderie on this 20th June 2024.
With inspiration drawn from the Greek lyric poet, Sappho, our ethos has been built on interdependency that has helped us collectivise our thoughts, beliefs, experiences and also our vulnerabilities.
Despite the multifaceted struggles we have witnessed over the past decades, our commitment to the community has only strengthened. While holding onto this bouquet of hope, resilience and queer belief, we wish to celebrate this beautiful journey of ours and we want to share it with you.
Join us in commemorating this special occasion at Gallery Gold, Kolkata from 18th to 20th June 2024. The Inauguration ceremony will take place on 18th June 2024 at 6:00 p.m. The program will continue on 19th and 20th June from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
